Do you come into contact with people who need support? Do you work with children and families in challenging circumstances, or with young people who are looking for guidance? Would you like to provide your clients with opportunities for participation or programmes in which they can discover their abilities? We can help you get in touch with local sailing clubs and support sailing activities that build self-confidence and a sense of self-efficacy.

Two young women are sitting on board a Sonar with a trainer.

You are looking for the following on behalf of your clients:

  • Programmes for young people with intellectual or physical disabilities, or those facing social disadvantage,
  • regular and long-term leisure activities that provide structure and reliability,
  • activities that allow young people to experience a sense of self-efficacy and recognise their own abilities,
  • activities that foster team spirit, fun and enjoyment, thereby boosting courage and self-confidence?
Two Sonar-class sailing boats are sailing.

We provide support by:

  • Establishing links with local sailing clubs,
  • providing advice on tailoring activities to specific target groups,
  • raising awareness and training coaching staff in how to work with your target group,
  • covering the costs of transport, participation fees or equipment,
  • providing long-term, sustainable support for initiatives
  • and being available to answer any questions or address any concerns
