Lennart GrambowInclusion Trainer
Lennart grew up in the Hamburg area and has been sailing for more than 20 years. Alongside his studies, he regularly serves on race committees at regattas, and after several years as a youth coach and youth program director, he now works with the Hamburg Sailing Association’s youth division. Thanks to his experience with diverse teams on a wide variety of boats, his expertise allows him to maintain a clear overview of situations both on the boat and on the water.
