At the TURNING POINT Foundation's WENDEAKADEMIE, we primarily use the non-sailing season to stay in touch with coaches from the clubs and exchange ideas on the topic of inclusion.
In addition to regular expert input on topics related to inclusive sailing, the academy provides a space for networking among like-minded clubs.
Anyone interested in the topic of inclusion in sailing is welcome to participate in the WENDEAKADEMIE.

In addition to topic-specific training courses, we regularly invite participants to engage in open exchange and networking. This creates an inclusive sailing community throughout Germany, in which all participants benefit from each other's knowledge and experience. It is also a place to ask questions, meet other enthusiasts in the region and start joint projects.
